0:01My name is Doriane. I started working with Daniel at the beginning of AI Scaling before it was

0:07actually called AI Scaling. Before getting started, I was making about $90,000 a year

0:14working as a tech product manager. The first month I signed my first client and Dan and his team had

0:22everything set up. I was able to deliver my project on time. And by month three, I had more than five

0:30clients and I collected around $45,000. Now, back then, the operating system wasn't able to automate

0:38as much of the delivery as it does today. So my profit margins were a little over 50%. And after

0:45the first year, I had made around a million dollars. By year two, I made a little over $3

0:52million. And from what I've seen, there is a lot of different ways of setting up your agency.

0:58but my niche in specific is staffing. I run a hybrid model between selling an AI system that

1:06we install into different staffing agencies and a service where we do our own staffing

1:13direct to consumer. Today, I license my AI staffing system to businesses who want more

1:20more control and autonomy in their own businesses. And I also do staffing agencies where that's all

1:28they do. I've had multiple offers to acquire my business. And honestly, I'm still evaluating it

1:35just because the business is still growing. And overall, I was really happy to be able to

1:42share this, share my story, and hopefully help other people get over whatever limiting beliefs

1:48that they might have or fears about this not working out or if it does work, I can confidently

1:55tell you that it's probably been the best decision that I've ever made in my life.

What should you take from this example?

Start with the business conditions: A corporate role earning $90K a year. Compare that starting point with your own customer access, experience and ability to operate the service. Then examine the change described here: Built Fantasy Lab, an agency focused on staffing automation.

These are self-reported individual outcomes, not independently audited results or a forecast. Revenue, cash collected and annual run rate measure different things. The reporting basis above is part of the story.

Use the AI agent pilot scorecard to define evidence for your own workflow, and compare building, software licensing and a supported system before choosing an operating model.
