About the role

What this job is

AI Scaling provides software, training, consulting, implementation, marketing, and sales support to AI agency owners. New licensee partners often join with limited technical or agency experience.

Your main job is to coach assigned partners one-to-one. You will teach them how to use the AI Scaling platform, understand how their agency operates, and work toward their first client sale. You will also answer questions and provide support through Slack between coaching calls.

This is a technical coaching role. Most of your time will be spent teaching, but you must know how to configure the systems yourself because you will sometimes help partners complete implementation work.

Responsibilities

What you will do

Coach assigned licensee partners one-to-one during their three-month onboarding program
Teach partners how to use the AI Scaling platform and its agent copilots
Explain CRM pipelines, automated workflows, reporting, and client-delivery systems
Teach practical B2B sales skills, including discovery, qualification, follow-up, objections, and closing
Support assigned partners between calls through Slack
Review partner assignments, competency results, milestones, and blockers
Help configure or troubleshoot systems when a partner needs hands-on support
Document recurring questions and recommend improvements to training and SOPs

Experience

Required experience

At least two years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation consulting, CRM or RevOps implementation, GoHighLevel implementation, agency delivery, or a closely related field
Experience building or configuring automations, AI agents, CRM workflows, or connected business systems
Working knowledge of CRM architecture, B2B sales, automation platforms, and work-management platforms
Experience teaching, onboarding, advising, or supporting nontechnical clients
Clear spoken English and strong written English for client-facing work
A reliable computer, internet connection, microphone, camera, lighting, and professional workspace

Helpful experience

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or Monday.com
n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools
Formal sales training or sales mentorship
Creating training courses, SOPs, tutorials, YouTube videos, or Skool content
Cold email tools such as Instantly or Apollo

You do not need experience with every tool listed. You do need enough hands-on experience to understand how these systems work and learn the AI Scaling platform quickly.

Schedule and working together

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
Eight working hours within 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Flexible start and finish time within that window
