The right niche isn't a guess. It's a research project.
Before you ever talk to a customer, we study thousands of real conversations, real
job listings, and real software reviews, so you launch knowing exactly what
business owners in your niche want to buy.

Step 1 · the discovery call
It starts with you, not the market.
Picture your first sales call. The owner on the other end asks a question using a
term you've never heard. That moment. That's why most new agency owners fail before
they start. They picked a niche they don't know, and every conversation feels like
an exam they didn't study for.
We build your business the opposite way. We start with what you already know.
On a discovery call, we map your experience:
Industries
What industries have you worked in?
Roles
What roles have you held?
Problems
What problems did you see every day that needed a better solution?
Goals
Where do you want this business to take you?
When you sell to an industry you already know, everything changes. You speak the
language. You know the problems firsthand. When you talk to a business owner,
you sound like a peer, not a salesperson reading a script.
From that call, we research and bring you three niches to choose from.
Step 2 · the research
What "deep research" actually means.
For each niche, we do work most agencies never do.
10,000sof real owner conversations, read
Every rolethe niche hires for, mapped to AI
The angry reviewsmined first · that's where the truth is
We read what business owners say to each other.
Facebook groupsRedditIndustry associations
Tens of thousands of real conversations between business owners in the niche.
What's working for them. What's frustrating them. What they're actively looking
for. What they're afraid of. How they decide to buy.
We study who they're hiring.

Which roles the niche hires for, how many, what the job descriptions say, and what
those roles pay today. Then we map which of that work AI can take over, and
connect it back to the frustrations we found in the conversations.
We read their software reviews, especially the angry ones.
G2Review platforms
We look at the tools the niche already uses for marketing, sales, and fulfillment,
and read their reviews. The negative reviews are the goldmine: they tell
you exactly what business owners are paying for and still not getting.
Don't take the method on faith. We ran a sample pass of this process on one
niche, roofing, in July 2026, using only public sources you can check
yourself. Here's a slice of what came back.

What owners and their customers say
"Why do roofers not call back potential customers?"
A homeowner needing a full roof replacement called six local
companies, and reached voicemail at every one. Only two ever called back.

"What exactly does your office manager handle when a roofing
call comes in?"
Owners comparing notes on what their office staff actually
spend the day on: intake, scheduling, insurance paperwork.
r/Roofing
"Talk to me about CRMs" · "Unhappy with current CRM"
Owners and reps venting about the tools they pay for:
frustration with the leading roofing CRMs described as common across
companies.

The read: roofing companies lose jobs at the phone, pay $40–60K per office seat
to cope, and are openly frustrated with the software meant to fix it. That's a
pain point, a budget, and a role AI can carry, found before spending a
dollar on marketing.

Step 3 · the report
Your niche research report.
All of that research becomes a scored report. For each niche, it ranks:
Niche research reportRoofing · sample run, July 2026
The most valuable problems to solve9.2
How hard each one is to solve4.1
How crowded the niche is3.5
What businesses in the niche typically spend on a contract8.1

How long they take to make a buying decision6.8
Directional scores from our July 2026 public-source sample run above. Your report
is built from the full research pass: contract values, buying cycles, and all.
Then we sit down together and pick.
The data matters, but so does your comfort. Every industry we've researched has
real, solvable problems. The report's job is to show you where the money is. Your
job is to pick the one where you'll feel at home.

A taste of the pairing
Where would we place you?
Pick the world you come from. These are three real markets, with partners running
in them today, that we might research for someone with your background.
Busy practices with steady demand and patients who stay for years.
A taste, not the answer: your three come from the discovery call and the
research, not a dropdown.
Step 4 · the market test
Three offers. Two weeks. Real answers.
Once your niche is set, we don't debate what to sell. We test.
We build three offers (usually one for marketing, one for sales, one for
fulfillment, or a mix that fits your background) and launch real campaigns for all
three over two weeks.
Offer A
Offer B
Offer C
niche average
Illustrative. When one offer pulls double or more what's normal for the niche,
the market has answered.
If the average business in your niche gets 2 clicks for every 100 emails, we're
looking for the offer that gets 4 to 6. The market told us. We didn't
guess.
When interest is that much higher, every click costs less. Every booked call costs
less. The same budget goes roughly twice as far.
Most competitors never test like this. That means you're booking calls at a price
they can't match, and reaching customers cheaper than your competition is one of
the biggest advantages a business can have.
And if none of the three offers breaks out? We build three more and test
again. The research already told us the pain is real. Testing is just how we
find the sharpest way to sell the solution. A test that doesn't win costs a small
test budget. It never costs you the business.
Step 5 · the optimization
Then we keep testing until costs stop dropping.
Finding the winner is the start, not the finish.
We keep testing: new angles, new hooks, three at a time, like a bracket. Each
round, the losers are cut and the winner gets challenged again. Costs keep dropping
until we hit the ceiling of how efficient that offer can get.
Illustrative. Three variants per round: the market picks the winner, the winner
gets challenged again. Everything downstream is built from what won.
Everything we learn feeds everything else. The words that made people click become
the words on your website, in your follow-up emails, and on your sales calls. By the
time you're in growth mode, nothing about your business is guesswork. It's
all built from what real buyers already responded to.
Our AI agents run this testing process automatically, so we can test multiple
offers at once. You never have to settle for "good enough."
The system's origin
Where this system comes from.
We didn't invent this for AI Scaling. We've been running it for ten years.
It started in e-commerce, one of the most competitive markets on earth, where
selling $80–$120 products profitably forces you to get ruthlessly good at marketing.
We ran this playbook across our own stores.
Then we noticed something. Service businesses charge far more per customer, but
market themselves far worse. So we brought the same testing discipline to services,
and we've used it to build offers priced in the thousands, tens of thousands, and
hundreds of thousands.
Here's the honest math
1 in 20new offers that typically find real demand
1 in 3of the offers we test in the AI space that win
And because a losing offer just gets replaced by the next test, no single bet can
sink you. A losing offer is a data point, not a disaster.
That's the core of AI Scaling: take people with real-world experience, pair them
with a niche they know, and put a ten-year testing system behind them.
